About Us

Nestled near Verwood, a small hamlet in south-central Saskatchewan, Canada, Quarter Circle B Hatworks is set among sweeping prairie hills and cultivated farmland, overlooking the waters of Willow Bunch Lake. As Southern Saskatchewan’s premier hat destination, we offer open-crown straw and felt hats, each thoughtfully custom fitted and shaped to reflect your individual style and the heritage of the cowboy.

My love for hatmaking began as a child, steaming and shaping hats over a tea kettle on the stovetop alongside my two brothers. The quality back then wasn’t quite up to par, but the spark was ignited. Years later, as a young adult, I visited my first true hat shop and knew immediately that this was something I would one day do.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have raised my two children here while working a variety of jobs that taught me valuable skills and eventually led me to this moment. Those experiences, combined with life on the ranch, shaped the way I work and the pride I take in doing things right. When the stars aligned, I jumped in—and I haven’t looked back since.

I’m always learning, refining my craft, and finding better ways to honor the function, tradition, and character of a well-made hat. When I’m not in the shop or tending to day-to-day life, you’ll find me working cattle alongside my husband, riding my horse, and most likely singing while I do all three.

Every hat has a story. This is mine — and I’d be honored to help create one that becomes part of yours.
